The Basil's Restaurant & Bar is the traditional kitchen utensil used to blend the unique spices that give Caribbean cuisine its flavour.  Caribbean cuisine itself is a rich mixture of African, European, Indian, Chinese, and Amerindian foods. We present a selection of delicious Caribbean Heritage dishes from most of the Territories.
