HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: Nestled on the edge of downtown Fairbanks, the Regency Restaurant has been serving the Fairbanks locals and visiting tourists since 1985. Entrees range from continental breakfast, to an Alaskan sized omelet with authentic sourdough bread. Fish & Chips, the Denali burger, and our famous fifteen foot salad bar are favorites for lunch. Dinner entrees include Prime rib and Steaks and a wide variety of fresh and delicious seafood including fresh Salmon and Halibut. Also featured are live Maine Lobsters flown in twice a week. A children's menu is available as is an outstanding selection of cocktails, cordials and wines. |
